Comic 2 - Healthy snacks an adventure​

Is junkfood that bad for your health? What can I do now? I love my junk food, but I also want to stay active and healthy. Oh that doesn’t sound too di cult! The only thing I wonder is, are there also healthy snacks that I would actually enjoy having? That sounds like a great idea, I can’t wait to tell her! Yes, I am afraid it is. The magic word here is balance. It is important to have a balanced diet where you eat healthy food most of the time, but treat yourself with your favourite food once in a while. If you then also exercise regularly, I am sure you will soon feel full of energy and focus again. Sure there are! You can have fruits, vegetables, healthy bars, a smoothie now and then, yoghurt, milk, dark chocolate,… And maybe look for other ideas with your mum?
